The Career Network Ministry (CNM) is a ministry of the McLean Bible Church and a volunteer-led organization providing caring support to individuals during career transitions. CNM seeks to encourage, equip and empower job seekers to discover one’s God-given gifts and find a career that is right. Fairfax County’s Employment and Training Program provides job seekers and employers in Northern Virginia access to a comprehensive system of employment and training services and resources — offered at no cost through a network of employment resource centers, called SkillSource centers located throughout the Northern Virginia area. LDS Employment Resource Services is a faith-based NGO that helps job seekers increase job hunting skills at no charge to clients due to generous philanthropists. Learn networking, résumé building, interviewing and job offer negotiation. Our program is designed to improve the quality of life for our families by helping them move from homelessness to permanent housing. The Marine Corps Community Services Personal & Professional Development team provides a wide variety of services to marines and their families including free educational services, information referrals, and other transition services for military families and retiring or separating marines seeking the tools necessary to achieve their career, educational, life and volunteerism goals.     LEARN MORE HERE

The Virginia Employment Commission (VEC) promotes economic growth and stability by delivering and coordinating workforce services. The VEC offers career assistance for job seekers, employment services for veterans, and employer services for businesses of all sizes.     LEARN MORE HERE 

Women Giving Back was founded in June 2007. Their goal is to help transitionally homeless women and children get on their feet with clothes to help them enter the workplace and fit in at school. These women can shop for all kinds of clothing and accessories without charge. WGB has distributed over 300,000 items of clothing to more than 23,000 women and 15,300 children from over 100 shelters in Northern Virginia.    LEARN MORE HERE
