Cindi is passionate about helping people find and develop their areas of strength and encouraging them to use these “superpowers” to increase the sum total of well-being in the world. As Founder and President of the Alliance, she is dedicated to building an organization that empowers and inspires women to recognize how much they contribute simply by living the best life they can… by THRIVING!

 

Cindi is President of Thrive Development LLC where she help individuals, leaders and organizations fulfull their responsibility to grow and flourish...Vigorously!  With more than 20 years of experience in the field of Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness, she has developed a deep belief in the resourcefulness and capability of people.  She uses this belief to inspire leaders to achieve outstanding results and partners with them to develop strategies for driving organizational change by aligning  direction with strategic vision and engaging their workforces behind the larger mission.

 

When she is not driving her gardener nuts with requests for more color and less grass, Cindi loves spending time with her friends and family, especially her grandchildren! 

Melynda Benlemlih

Melynda believes that our success or failure in work and life is a result of what we choose to focus on every day.  She brings this philosophy to her role as Vice President of the Alliance, where she provides guidance on operational processes and represents the organization in the community.

 

Melynda is President of Cognitive Agility, LLC, a strategy and organizational development consulting firm. She has over 18 years of experience enabling groups and leaders to develop strategies, goals, and implementation tactics that result in improved focus for themselves, their teams, and their organizations. She has developed and facilitated hundreds of programs and meetings for Federal and commercial clients and provides ongoing support to in the areas of stakeholder communications, individual and group coaching and mentoring, education and training, performance management and measuring progress toward meeting goals.

 

With three boys at home, Melynda enjoys her role as ‘family sports manager’ and ‘sore muscle fixer-upper’. She enjoys gardening, traveling and keeping up her Arabic and Chinese language skills.

 

Briana Colescott

Briana seeks to fulfill her purpose by being of service to others in small, simple ways that lift others up to be who they are meant to be. She serves as project manager for the Alliance’s annual Women in Transition Career Conference.

 

Briana is a Program Manager with Management Concepts. She has managed various leadership development engagements for clients for over 25 years. Briana’s experience includes managing large scale conferences for participants of over 3000, to executive level development programs for over 600 participants, to various contracts providing ongoing coaching services for executive level leaders.

 

When not managing projects, Briana enjoys spending time with her nieces and completing projects of her own doing around her house.

Lisa Suchy

Lisa’s organized approach to her work helps navigate through project details, avoid snags, solve problems, and provide top-quality solutions that get great results.

Lisa is the President of Suchy Design, LLC where she helps small business owners achieve their growth dreams by providing C-level advise and support in times of growth, and personnel expansion. Her 19 years of experience operating businesses in the marketing and advertising industries has provided key knowledge many woman-owned small businesses need in order to succeed. Her proven processes in office operations and management have guided the creation of a wide variety of office solutions, team management, and benefit packages. Combined with her marketing background, businesses expand their internal and external brand management. Lisa’s expertise and eye for detail efforts have resulted in numerous sought-after awards for clients, including the ADDY, ADCMW, Creativity, and PGAMA.

When Lisa is not in her garden, you might find her at the forefront of the growing Green movement within the marketing industry. As a panel speaker at the National Press Club, she has addressed the impact on the environment made by small businesses and their industrial partners. Sharing tips from her own experience, she has provided marketers with practical guidance on how small businesses can reduce their carbon footprint.
